Because Cluster Service depends on the link to domain controllers, you must ensure the reliability of the domain. You must have enough replicas to guarantee that a domain controller is always available. The Cluster Service will fail if it cannot find domain controller. Also, if you use Kerberos, Kerberos tickets can expire, and if Kerberos tickets expire, the Cluster Service will try to renew the ticket. If Cluster Service cannot access the domain controller, it will fail, and the cluster will therefore fail.
